eBits Art Terms Of Service (TOS):
Once accepting to proceed with the order.
Everything listed on the TOS will be accepted.
General
- The art commission can be posted globally by owner with an extra watermark verification. Unless acceptable reason to not do so.- The time it takes for art progress will very on the how many clients I currently have in the queue.- The time it takes under a current client will very from within a month range.- If the art piece is descriptive, the client must provide details or refrences.- The owner is allowed to show progress in any shape or form.- For any NSFW art the client must be verified as +18
Payments / refunds
- The owner is required to tell you about the prices on how the art commission is set when registered.- The client must specify which way they're going to pay.

= Cash App- Any other add-ons when the art commission has started will cost extra.- It's recommended to only pay in USD.- The way the client pays can be registered after there 1st commission
- 1st commissions can only be paid in
= Full UpFront- 2nd commissions can only be paid in

= 50/50- 3rd commissions can only be paid in

= Full When Done- The Owner is allowed to show however much of the art piece to the client, until the full payment is sent.- There're no refunds after the sketch process.- The customer is obliged to respond quickly. If not responsive, the commission will be seen as implicit & may or may not be put on hold.
cancellations
- If you the client have trash behavior. The art commission will result in a cancelation from the owner.- I(owner) can decline any art commission for any reason.
boundaries
- I the owner can have limits on what to draw on the commission.

= Hate Speech type Art Commission

& any further add ons.
PERSONAL / COMMERCIAL USE
- If client is reposting the art piece, it's required to credit in anyway possible.
Credit: eBitBit- The owner can & cannot credit the client in the owners post.- The owner must verify with the client if it's ok to use/or post the art piece.- The art given by customer is taken as personal use.- Any commercial use purposes must be discussed with owner & client.- Customer doesn't hold any art related piece in any blockchain related tech, NFTs, Crypto, Ai & any other relations

- Don't Use My Piece For Unrelated Projects
- Required To Ask Owner Before Use
- If unable to get to owner within 1 month / 30 days. It's required to credit the owner at best.
